The U7 Timbits program is where the hockey journey begins — and it’s one of the most important stages in a young player’s development. Focused on fun, teamwork, and basic skill-building, this program introduces kids to the game in a positive and supportive environment. At this age, players learn fundamental movements like skating, passing, and shooting, while also developing friendships and a love for the game.
