St. Paul Minor Hockey proudly supports player development across all age groups, offering divisions from U7 to U18. Each division is structured to provide age-appropriate skill development, game experience, and team building in a fun and supportive environment.

• U7 (Timbits) – Introduction to hockey with a focus on fun, basic skills, and learning to love the game.

• U9 – Continued skill development and introduction to small-area games and team play.

• U11 – Focus on refining fundamental skills and understanding game strategy.

• U13 – Increased emphasis on competition, teamwork, and positional play.

• U15 – Advanced skill development and preparation for higher-level play.

• U18 – Competitive gameplay, leadership opportunities, and strong preparation for future hockey goals.

• Female Hockey – We are proud to support female players at all levels, offering a welcoming environment with opportunities to grow their skills, build confidence, and compete alongside their peers. Girls are welcome in co-ed divisions or on dedicated female teams where available.
