2021/2022 SPMHA Registration is Live!

Hello, SPMHA is proud to announce that our registration forms are live and ready to go.

 

We have two forms this year, one for those players that are either:

  1. New to Hockey and dont have a Hockey Canada Registration Number
  2. OR reside outside of SPMHA boundaries which would require a player movement form filed with Hockey Alberta.
